1. Introduction These terms and conditions govern the services provided by Grand Hart Equine Services LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) to our clients (“you,” “your”). By booking and receiving our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Nature of Services Our services are provided for therapeutic purposes only. We are not veterinarians and do not offer medical diagnoses, treatments, or veterinary advice. You are advised to consult with a licensed veterinarian for any medical concerns regarding your horse.

3. Client Acknowledgment By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Our treatments are intended to support the overall well-being of your horse and are not a substitute for veterinary care.
  • Any information provided during the treatment sessions is for educational and therapeutic purposes only.
  • It is your responsibility to consult a licensed veterinarian for any injuries, illnesses, or medical conditions your horse may have.

4. Liability Waiver You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Grand Hart Equine Services LLC, its owners, employees, and practitioners from any liability, claims, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to the treatments provided. You understand and accept that there are inherent risks associated with therapeutic treatments, and you voluntarily assume all risks related to our services.

5. Payment and Cancellation Policy

  • Payment for services is due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • We require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Confidentiality We respect your privacy and will keep all information regarding your horse and your personal details confidential. We will not share any information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

7. Health and Safety

  • Please ensure your horse is properly restrained and in a safe environment during treatments.
  • If your horse exhibits signs of distress or aggression during a session, we reserve the right to terminate the session for safety reasons. Full charges will apply.

8. Consent for Treatment By booking an appointment, you consent to the treatment of your horse by Grand Hart Equine Services LLC and its practitioners. You confirm that you have the authority to make decisions regarding the care and treatment of your horse.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately upon posting.
